Thickness range: 0.3mm ~ 0.6mm. Thicker bushing brings larger torque.

2.2 Rolled Support Bracket
Main body is roll-formed, with ear-shaped locking tabs at the joint for firm installation and anti-loosening.
Thickness range: 0.6mm ~ 1.2mm, thicker than regular rolled bushings.
Multiple brackets and bushings can be assembled in parallel to stack torque for high-damping requirements.
Application Scenarios: Ideal for large-screen laptop hinges, tablet brackets, vehicle display flip shafts and smart home rotary parts. It is specially designed for products with aluminum alloy or zinc alloy shells, requiring anti-rotation locking, large torque and long-term load positioning.
